Returns

If any (GG) product is not 100% satisfactory, you can return the unopened product within 14 days for a credit or refund of purchase price by following the instructions below. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to returned items. Please allow 10 business days for your credit card refund to process upon receipt of your return. Any merchandise you would like to return must be accompanied by a copy of your (GG) invoice or receipt. You will be associated with returned items, if you received merchandise on our error, we will reimburse you the cost of shipping.

All Sales items are limited quantity items and are final sale, these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Instructions to return a product, if you would like to return a (GG) product purchased direct from us @ www.glamorousgina.com or events you can call us on and talk to one of our customer services representatives or fill out the outline form, and if you have a problem with a product purchased from a local distributor please contact the place of purchase. Glamorousgina.com currently only ships in the European Union, but if you are located outside the European Union then we have a large network of distributors that sell our products. GG distributors or if you can’t find local distributors in your area please contact us for shipping arrangement from (GG) head office.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an unopened product you have up to 14 days to make an item exchange you must provide a copy of your (GG) invoice or receipt. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanged items.

Damaged or defective products we pride ourselves in providing our customers with quality nail care products. If you receive any damaged or defective product in your purchase from Glamorousgina.com we will gladly replace the item absolutely free, within 14 days of initial purchase. We will  reimburse you the cost of shipping. If you have a damaged or defective product you would like to replace please contact our Customer Service department and we will assist you further.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations must be in writing either by fax or email.
Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.

If you decide to cancel your order before it has been despatched a fee of 5% will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration and Credit Card processing fees.

Shipping Information

Post and packing is charged at £7.50 and is subject to VAT.
There is free postage and packing on orders over the value of £30.00 net total.
This offer applies only to online orders and to the UK mainland only. And for the post and packing to the European Union is charged at £12.50 and orders over the value of £60.00 is free.
Postage rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Delivery Times

All orders are sent on a next day delivery service. To ensure your order is delivered next day, please order before 12pm & before 10am on Fridays.
For orders containing products considered to by hazardous parcels will be sent using Courier services and will generally be delivered the next working day before 6pm. For orders containing non-hazardous products parcels will be sent using Royal Mail and will generally be delivered before 2pm. Both delivery services require parcels to be signed for.

Orders that exceed 10KG will be sent via Courier services. We are subject to the terms and conditions and prices of both services.

VAT

All the prices exclude VAT and are shown in Great British Pounds (GBP£)
The VAT will be added automatically to the items in your shopping basket.
Once at the checkout the full amount of VAT you are being charged will be shown.

If you are entitled to claim back the VAT you can find our VAT number is provided on
 your invoice when you receive it.
